Shipping and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Delivery
The approximate delivery time is 3-10 days within Europe and 5-21 days for the rest of the world. If you have ordered an item that is currently not in stock you have the right to cancel the purchase or choose a later delivery. We are not responsible for any custom duties in the country of residence of our customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to check for any obligatory and current custom duties. We use Deutsche Post as our shipping courier.

Failed Delivery
If the package is for any reason undeliverable, it will be returned to us. For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge the cost of return shipping and handling to the customer and/or reject your future orders.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer`s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
